Conveyancer’s fees

Wills : Dependent on complexity but normally £300 to £600 + VAT

LPAs : Normally £200 to £300 + VAT per document plus 

Trusts :  to set up and register with HMRC £1,200 + VAT plus ongoing administration £600 + VAT per annum
