Sally-Ann qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and became a partner in Warren Upton & Garside in 1998, the firm then merged with Graham Withers & Co in 2004.
Her roots are in the local area; she attended primary school at Mucklestone & Loggerheads and then went to Clayton Hall Grammar School in the potteries. From there she went to Oxford University (Lady Margaret Hall) to read Modern history and completed her law conversion course at Staffordshire University.
Sally-Ann’s main areas of work are Property, particularly agricultural and rural residential. Being both a farmer’s daughter and a farmer’s wife she is very familiar with the challenges facing the agricultural industry. She also specialises in Wills, Probate and Trusts and is a member of solicitors for the elderly.
Sally-Ann is married with 3 children and outside work enjoys spending time with her children, riding, breeding horses and enjoying country pursuits as well as the countryside generally. She is also a Governor of St Mary’s (VA) Primary School Mucklestone and Treasurer to the PCC of St Peter’s Broughton.
